For Cancellation of your order, Please notify us via Email (preferred) or Phone Call before your package is dispatched.
We deduct a Nominal Charge of 2% on Order Cancellations.
If your package has already been dispatched, please follow the steps for return procedure.
Our Return Policy Lasts for 30 days from date of Purchase of your order.
Products which were ordered under Sale Price or using a Coupon Code, are not eligible for a return.
Returns are only valid if your product is unused, sealed and in original packing as received.
There can be certain exceptions where refunds will be accepted for opened products, but only a partial refund will be provided, please contact us on Email for any such return Case.
If the product you received is different from what you ordered*, you must notify us via Email within 72 Hours of receiving the product, we will require images of package received to verify its condition while initiating return.

We will initiate a return for your package, replacement product will be dispatched as soon as we receive the package from your side. Please Contact us Via E-mail for updates.
In case replacement product is not available with us, we will provide a full refund.
Refunds generally take 7-10 Days to be reflected in Your Account.
Refunds will be processed to the Original Mode Of Payment only.
Refunds for Returned Items will be processed after deducting 2% Fee on Product Value.
Shipping & RTO Charges will be deducted on all Refunds wherever applicable, only exception for this will be if KC Computers is at fault for the cause of return.
In Case the payment was made through our payment Gateway (Cashfree), refund will be processed after deducting gateway charges.
