Confirmation & Packing:
- You will receive a confirmation email that your order is under processing.
- Once your order has been processed, It will be packed with sufficient packing material for transit.
- Extra Packing Material will accordingly be used for sensitive products (ex. Hard Drives, Cabinets)
- GST Invoice will be provided in the package along with product which should be stored for any future warranty claims.
- KC Computers is not liable for any damage to the product during transit, although we have received minimal complaints over the year for transit damage. We try our best to properly pack each product before shipping to ensure safety.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on Distance, type of area, Weight & Dimensions of Package.
- We Provide multiple options for Couriers with Transit rates mentioned alongside. These Rates are inclusive of any extra packing material that might be required.
- The Courier Options might differ for every location or size of product.
- Packages are dispatched within 24-72 Working Hours for “In Stock” Products.
- Products on “Backorder” can take 15-20 Working Days to get dispatched from our store.
- No shipments are Delivered/Dispatched on weekends.
- Shipping Time Generally Depends on Selected Courier, Distance and Weight of the package. Refer to The Estimated Delivery Time provided during checkout.
- Shipments might get delayed for various reasons concerned with Courier Service selected during Checkout. KC Computers is not liable for any delay caused during transit.
- Once your order is Dispatched from our store, you will receive an Email/SMS with tracking details within 24 Hours.
- In case you did not receive an update regarding this, Please do send us an Email and we will provide you with tracking details for your order.
We currently do not provide international Shipping.
